Business Development Manager
A well-established organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic planning and relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Expand and acquire new business
* Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Conduct market research to identify new customers and their needs
* Arrange meetings with prospective clients
* Presentation of products and quotes to customers
* Monitor sales, revenues, and update CRM daily
* Introduce new products into new and existing accounts
* Develop new business across all sectors
* Build long-term relationships with new customers
* Provide regular feedback and updates to the team and manager
Requirements:
* Degree in Science, Chemical or Food Science (advantage)
* Sales target achievement and revenue growth experience
* Knowledge of the food/chemical industry (desirable)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strategic thinker with analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
* CRM software and sales management tool proficiency
* Motivated self-starter with passion for sales and achieving results
* Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions
* Fully clean Driver's License required
