Senior Property Assets Manager

The Role: Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Operations, this senior level position oversees commercial property sales & leasing, asset portfolio management operations.
Responsibilities include managing property negotiations, coordinating site acquisitions, developing stakeholder relationships, supporting business processes, credit control activities, and compliance reporting.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business studies or a relevant discipline
* Chartered surveyor qualifications - SCSI and/or RICS
* 3-5+ years experience in commercially focused property sales or leasing roles
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority
* Strong IT and analytical skills
* Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget
