Working from our busy but friendly office on Wexford Main Street you will work with a team of Customer Service Administrators.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with Transport experience, however, if you feel you have transferable skills without the Transport experience, please do apply.
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:- To answer the phone in a polite and timely manner Record and report all damages To be aware of team goals and to work towards achieving them To import all EDI files and print the required paperwork Ensure all EDI files are correct as per our traffic system and updated when required To assist in booking gate passes and organising required permits To record client instructions on TMS to ensure goods are collected and delivered as required To make shipping bookings with ferry companies To resolve any day-to-day issues to ensure goods are collected and delivered as required To manage customer expectations To seek additional bookings if work balance needs to be created To update the task log To perform customs functions To advise the UK and other cargo partners of all instructions required for them to provide service To plan and prioitise routes in a cost-effective manner To achieve and exceed targets Remuneration is dependent on experience and can be discussed during the interview.
