Job Overview
Kelco Communications Ltd are recruiting a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead and grow a
residential field sales team
selling Vodafone
Broadband, TV and Mobile phone packages
across the
North-West of Ireland
.
This role is ideal for an experienced
field sales manager
with a background in
telecoms, broadband, utilities or door-to-door sales
, who is comfortable managing performance in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coach and motivate a residential door-to-door sales team
* Deliver regional sales targets and performance KPIs
* Recruit, onboard and train new field sales representatives
* Conduct regular field coaching, shadowing and quality checks
* Monitor activity levels, conversion rates and compliance
* Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to Vodafone standards
* Report on regional performance and implement improvement plans
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager
* Background in telecoms, broadband, TV, mobile or utilities sales
* Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills
* Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Full clean driving licence
* Willingness to travel across the North-West region (e.g. Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim)
