Our client is seeking a customer-focused Fashion Retail Manager to lead their South Dublin store. The Fashion Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, managing stock control, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities as Fashion Retail Manager
1. Recruit, train and manage the store team to promote high performance, engagement, and motivation
2. Oversee stock control, including ordering, replenishment, and inventory management, to ensure optimal stock levels
3. Support in achieving sales targets and driving store performance through effective strategies
4. Manage and act on customer feedback to ensure excellent service and address concerns promptly
5. Drive and implement commercial merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
6. Ensure the team is fully trained, motivated, and efficient in their roles, fostering a positive work environment
7. Assist in managing season changes and stock levels to align with market demands
8. Act as brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across the store's offering and upholding brand standards
Key requirements
9. Minimum of 2-3years of experience in retail, demonstrating a strong passion for the industry
10. Energetic and driven, with a high level of enthusiasm for retail
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
13. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
