Site Manager Job in Cork
A Site Manager with experience working on construction build projects is required to work on a project in Cork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of the subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee the construction of a commercial project.
* Represent the organization on-site and serve as a liaison between the business and the client.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with planning permission and building regulations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing industrial projects in Ireland or the UK.
* Background in construction essential.
* Technical knowledge of the building industry crucial.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong team-building skills.
Packaging Offered:
* €70,000 - €75,000 depending on experience.
