Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing project-specific QA/QC plans in line with contractual standards
* Performing daily inspections of civil, mechanical, and electrical works, including PV module mounting, cabling, inverter installation
* Supporting commissioning and handover with complete QA/QC documentation packages and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Background in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering (solar experience advantageous)
* Proven QA/QC experience on large-scale utility or renewable energy projects
* Knowledge of inspection and testing processes for PV modules, inverters, transformers, and cabling
