Responsibilities
1. Conduct field-based sales activities independently, identifying sales opportunities with both prospective and existing clients.
2. Sell chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment across various industries including heavy manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation, and transportation.
3. Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and services.
4. Contribute to sales activities to expand our footprint in the Irish market, with a strong focus on Local Retail Customers.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and customer needs.
6. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
7. Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and services.
8. Collaborate with the customer service team who will support you daily.
Skills and Experience
9. Previous experience in a customer contact environment, with a focus on cold calling and field sales in either B2B or B2C settings.
10. Strong sales drive and a personable, professional approach.
11. Excellent communication skills and clear diction.
12. Achieve individual sales targets in line with company objectives
13. Structured, communicative, and hard-working, with a keen interest in building a professional career within a sales environment.
14. Valid driving license.
15. Self-motivated with the ability to build strong relationships, gain trust, and influence others to achieve sales targets.
