Carlton are seeking a proactive, organised, detail orientated Property Administrator.
The Property Administrator will be customer focused and provide day to day administrative support to the office, in particular the Property Management & Lettings Department.
Responsibilities:
General day to day office administrative support will include:
· Greeting clients both in person and telephone.
· Liaising with both landlords and tenants in relation to property management queries.
· Tenant screening.
· Diary management.
· Assisting with the RTB registration process.
· Lease preparations.
· Scheduling inspections and compiling inspection reports.
· Liaising with property maintenance.
Requirements:
· Attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
· Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Can do attitude with a positive and pro-active approach.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
· Fluent verbal and written English is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
