This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedContracts Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What’s on Offer:Negotiable salary depending on experienceCompany VehicleWork from home available – 1 day working in the office in MonaghanYour new role includes:Reviewing, and managing Fit Out projects from start to finish – ensuring schedule, budget and compliance targets are met.Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors to facilitate smooth execution of projects.Hiring and managing a team of Site Managers, Engineers and Subcontractors and promoting an environment that encourages accountability, safety and excellence.Monitoring project performance and compliance in line with legal, commercial and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during execution.Producing regular internal and external progress reports and conducting commercial risk assessments.Experience you need:Previous Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Fit Out or Renovations industries.Proficient in Microsoft 365, project scheduling software, and commercial reporting tools.Experience leading large site teams and subcontractor networks.Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.Full clean driver’s licence required.What’s next:Apply Nowto submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.If this role isn’t the perfect match but you're interested in similar opportunities, feel free to get in touch
