Location: DublinContract: Full time,2 year Fixed Term ContractThe purpose of this role is to work as a part the core DOSH team to support households with complex needs, prioritizing individuals with a history of long term homelessness. The priority target group are those who are vulnerable with a history of long-term homelessness with co-existing complex needs.What You Will DoLeadership & Service DeliveryLead the team in line with Focus Ireland's values, ethos, and Housing First principles.Foster a culture of quality, rights-based, person-centred service delivery.Model best practice in case management, support planning, and interventions, providing guidance on complex cases.Ensure effective communication of organisational objectives, policies, and decisions to staff.Represent the service professionally with statutory and voluntary partners.Oversee referrals, allocations, case management, and care planning to ensure fair, consistent, and best-practice service user support.Respond to incidents and anti-social behaviour in line with policy and legislation.Ensure compliance with national homeless and healthcare standards.People ManagementManage day-to-day operations, including housing management, maintenance, health & safety, and service user support.Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring performance, accountability, and adherence to professional standards.Model professional behaviours and best practice for staff, setting high standards in person-centred support and intervention.Oversee staff recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development.Manage staff rotas, attendance, on-call cover, and ensure adequate service resourcing at all times.Provide regular supervision, support, and recognition, while addressing performance issues promptly.Lead team meetings and ensure internal and external communications are implemented effectively.Administration & GovernanceEnsure accurate and timely records (PASS, reports, statistics, incidents, spending approvals, annual leave/training requests).Monitor and oversee budgets, welfare spending, and operational costs.Support compliance with internal procedures and funder requirements.Contribute to organisational planning, continuous improvement, and best practice development.Teamwork & DevelopmentWork collaboratively with other Focus Ireland teams and external agencies.Provide cover and ensure adequate staffing during leave, holidays, and absences.Engage in supervision, training, and professional development to enhance practice.Support innovation and continuous improvement across Housing First projects.What You Will NeedLeadership / Management experienceRelevant 3rd level Social Care qualification at degree levelProven extensive experience working in a social care settingExperience of providing staff supervisionExperience of needs assessment, support planning and case managementExperience of street outreach and/or supported housingBe committed to work in partnership with customersExcellent communication skillsBe able to work on own initiativeExperience of service planning and developmentComputer literacyFull driver's license (Desirable)Focus Ireland is an equal opportunities employer**#FI1****
