Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of customer service at Coveys Restaurant, Plaza Hotel, Westport. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, and implementing operational procedures. The role involves supervising the food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and leading efforts to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Proven experience in Hiring and team management to attract and retain a talented and efficient service staff.
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
* In-depth understanding of Food & Beverage operations to oversee quality dining experiences.
* Leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role is highly desirable.
