Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly/quarterly variance reports for executive-level review
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
* Design and development of data visualizations and analytics tools to enhance financial insights
* Frequent interaction with stakeholders to communicate financial performance and recommendations
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Cost Management or Financial Reporting role
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formula development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
