What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with sales in providing pre-sales solutions to customers, with the goal of closing deals.
* Manage technical relationships with partners and third party integrators.
* Engage customer C-level (CTO, CIO) for product strategy alignment and IT team for implementation discussions.
* Design and architect secure, scalable, fault tolerant and cost-effective technical solutions for customers and/or third party vendors.
* Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product development, infrastructure, compliance) to determine the product modules and settings for the customers.
* Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure efficient implementation.
What We Look For In You
* Experience in project management with financial institutions with complex scenarios.
* Familiar with business requirements (e.g. compliance) and system architecture of bank and securities clients.
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams.
* Experience in building strong rapport, empathy, and trust with clients.
* Analytical ability to solve complex problems and break down into manageable components.
