Due to continued growth, Kent Stainless, Wexford currently has a part-time, permanent position available for a Purchasing Administrator. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager / Purchasing Officer, the successful candidate will join the supply chain team to provide administrative support to the purchasing function, ensuring the accurate processing of purchase orders, maintenance of supplier records, and effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.

What you will do:
Purchasing Administration
* Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures
Supplier & Data Management
* Maintain accurate supplier records and pricing information
* Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, invoices, and queries
* Support supplier onboarding and documentation where required
Communication & Support
* Act as a point of contact for internal purchasing queries
* Support the Purchasing Officer with reports and admin tasks
* Work closely with stores, production, and finance teams
* Ensure pricing, quantities, and delivery details are accurate
* Monitor order acknowledgements and delivery schedules
* Chase suppliers for confirmations, deliveries, and outstanding orders
