This role involves leading the HR Ops team, managing HR processes and policies to ensure compliance and improving our overall employee experience. The HR Operations Manager will work closely with senior management and other department heads to support HR initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This individual will act as a bridge between HR and the broader organization, ensuring that operational processes support both compliance and the evolving needs of employees.The principal responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:Lead and develop the HR Operations team, providing mentorship, guidance and performance feedback.Drive consistent and accurate administrative and transactional processing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and deliver seamless HR services across the organisation.
