The Opportunity
McCallion Group is seeking a motivated Finishing Foreman to join our delivery team and support the successful completion of projects within our local delivery portfolio.
What You Will Deliver
•Supervise and coordinate day-to-day finishing works, including drylining, joinery, doors, flooring, tiling, painting, snagging and final fit-out.
•Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
•Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to maintain programme and sequencing.
•Coordinate material delivery for your work.
•Maintain site records and assist with quality inspections.
•Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
•Liaise closely with the Site Manager and wider site team to keep works on track
What You Bring
•Proven experience in finishing works.
•Strong understanding of quality control, snagging and handover processes.
•Ability to supervise trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced site environment.
•A positive, proactive approach with strong communication skills.
•A strong commitment to health, safety and high-quality workmanship.
