Barden have been engaged by a large multinational to identify a vendor performance manager to join their group on a contract basis. I am looking to chat with talent who have 5+ years of experience focusing on vendor and supplier relationship management. You'll play a key role in a team that is committed to process improvement, ensuring outstanding quality and efficiency across the group.ABOUT THE ROLE:Own and track key performance indicators to ensure strong quality, efficiency, compliance, and cost control.Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, translating findings into actionable recommendations.Support on process improvements by streamlining workflows, optimising reporting, and ensuring on data integrity to improve operational effectiveness.Design and implement scalable frameworks to support new initiatives and future growth.Lead structured performance reviews, driving accountability and continuous improvement.Partner cross-functionally to lead initiatives that enhance service quality and reduce operational friction.Ensure adherence to agreements and policies while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Serve as a key liaison across internal teams, sharing insights and reporting on performance impact.ABOUT THE PERSON:At least 5 years plus in a similar role - focusing on vendor management, supplier relationship management or outsourced operations performancesExposure to global environments will be advantageous for this role.Proven capabilities to analyse large datasets, using data tooling to report and synthesize on performance trends.Exceptional knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and enablement tools such as Gong.Deep understanding of contact center operations and process improvement processes.Experience managing complex operational projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.Please note that the role will be based out of their Dublin office operating a 2 day onsite hybrid working environment.
