Assistant Office Manager
We are currently hiring for an experienced
Office Manager
for our client based in Finglas, Our client, is expanding their team and are seeking a proactive & career driven Assistant Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing of VAT / RCT returns and ensuring compliance to filing deadlines
* Prepare month end reporting and year end files
* Record all financial transactions
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
* Support project managers and site teams with administrative documentation
* Assist with onboarding of new employees and subcontractors, including issuing contracts, collecting documentation, and setting up payroll details.
* Maintain employee records, training matrices, absence logs, and holiday schedules.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
