Black Bull Inn, Dublin Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth, www.blackbullinn.ie requires a Chef de Partie for a full time permanent position.
Salary per annum, Euro 35,000
40 hours per week.
Job duties and responsibilities will include:
•Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes.
•Take responsibility for a specific section within the kitchen.
•Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
•Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
•Assist in stock control.
Minimum of 2 years chef work experience needed for this position and you must be fully experienced in professional cookery.
