CAPA Specialist Role
The key role in the Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes.
* Weekly or more frequent CAPA meetings are conducted to track timelines and quality of Quality Records (QRs) and associated actions.
* Leadership and support are provided on the Corrective and Preventative Action System to all plant personnel.
* Monthly metrics are reported with regard to CAPA and QRs.
* Appropriate site Quality CAPA metrics are recorded and verified.
* Training is provided to site subject matter experts and plant with regard to CAPA requirements as guided by division/corporate where required.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree level education in a science/engineering qualification, with at least three years manufacturing experience in a quality assurance function within a regulated environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and very good computer literacy are essential.
Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address quality issues.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Providing guidance and training to colleagues on quality-related topics.
* Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to quality.
The selected candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high degree of professionalism and integrity is expected, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
