As a Residential Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our guest accommodations.

* Oversee and manage all aspects of guest room operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality.
* Lead and direct housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high performance standards.
* Spearhead quality control initiatives to guarantee consistent cleanliness and safety standards in rooms and public areas.
* Maintain open communication with guests, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar role, with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of hospitality operations.
