Horticulture Operatives will have a wide range of duties to include the following:-Harvesting, collecting, packing and transfer of fresh mushrooms-Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth and productive workings of a food production site-use of equipment for mushroom production, harvesting and farm hygiene-maintaining good hygiene standards, both personally and work equipment-ensuring good housekeeping and hygiene standards adhered to for crop disease control-awareness of customer specifications re. quality, size range and product type-maintaining records for production and food safety requirements-adhering to company policies re. food safety, hygiene standards, health & safety rules, etc.Work locations:Tiernaneill, Co Monaghan H18 T668Coolkill East, Co Monaghan H18 X2Y1Killybrone, Co.
