Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Dentist at Kingscourt Dental Practice, based in Cavan. This position has become available with the expansion into a 3rd surgery for the practice. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. They will perform various dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, and preventive treatments. The role includes ensuring patient comfort, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the dental team to deliver excellence in oral healthcare. Consistent adherence to clinical protocols and regulations is essential.
Qualifications
Proficiency in clinical dental procedures such as restorations, preventive care, and extractions
Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-management abilities
Commitment to maintaining accurate dental records and adhering to clinical compliance standards
Sound knowledge of patient care, hygiene protocols, and infection control
Relevant dental qualification and current licensure to practice in Ireland
Experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry is an advantage
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
