Overview:
In this role, you will be integral to delivering flawless, high-end finishes while ensuring exceptional production efficiency and uncompromising quality. Your expertise in precision polishing will polish treasured and iconic pieces to their final, impeccable form—all within a supportive, innovative, and safety-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
* Polishing Excellence: Execute the polishing phase following detailed technical documentation, work cycles, and procedures to achieve superior surface adaptation, precise earring closure adjustments, automated marking, sanding, trimming, grinding, cleaning, and repair.
* Tool & Machine Mastery: Skilfully operate a variety of technical and manual tools—including welding and engraving lasers, automatic marking and polishing machines, ultrasonic washers, and galvanic treatment equipment—while handling precious materials (gold, silver, platinum, stainless steel, etc.) with care.
* Quality & Productivity: Perform self-quality checks in line with our clients internal standards, ensure productivity targets are met, and manage scrap with an eye toward maximising material recovery.
* Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing technical and process enhancements, working collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to refine practices.
* Safety & Efficiency: Uphold security and safety protocols, implement Lean principles (5S), support inventory and rework projects, and participate in regular safety activities including fire prevention and first aid training.
* Continuous Learning: Engage in company training programs and occasional travel (approximately 10% annually ( once 3 months training in Italy is completed to broaden your expertise and contribute to our evolving work environment.
Who You Are:
* Technical Expertise: You possess a solid understanding of product technical specifications, handling tools, techniques, and the chemical properties of specialised materials.
* Safety Savvy: You are well-versed in safety processes, legislation, and international guidelines, ensuring every procedure is executed with the highest regard for safety and compliance.
* IT Proficient: You are comfortable with IT applications (Office Suite)
* Detail-Oriented & Adaptive: Your operational effectiveness, meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and positive attitude make you a perfect fit in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

* Working hours 7.30am pm. (You will get the afternoons back and miss the traffic
