Warehouse Manager Here at Osborne, we are hiring for a Warehouse Manageron behalf of one of our public sector clients. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the management and operation of their warehouse located in Dublin 24. This key role will involve ensuring that all assets, including scientific and research equipment, are efficiently managed, well-maintained, and readily available to their field teams for operational and project requirements. Job type: Full-time, Permanent role Reporting To:Logistics Manager Location:Citywest, Co. Dublin (Fully on-site) Hours of work:9:00am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursdays and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays Salary:€57,179.74 Whats on Offer: Competitive salary. Generous Annual Leave of 30 days per annum. Attractive Work/Life balance schedule. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse facility. Manage all assets in the warehouse and across the companies different locations. Liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary equipment for field staff. Instigate purchase orders and manage the procurement process for required equipment. Oversee annual servicing programs for equipment such as motors & generators. Conduct quarterly and yearly stock audits in their Citywest and Belfast locations. Facility and Equipment Oversight Develop and implement asset management systems for warehouse and national equipment. Ensure upkeep of warehouse housekeeping and maintenance standards. Safeguard the security of the warehouse facility and collaborate with campus management. Team and Project Management: Manage and supervise staff in the warehouse. Lead projects to completion, ensuring equipment and services are delivered on time and to specification. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Essential Qualifications & Experience that is required A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline (minimum NFQ Level 7 or equivalent). Full Category B driving licence (valid in Ireland). Proven people management and supervisory skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Experience managing equipment and services at a national level. Strong skills in inventory management systems and stock auditing. Excellent report writing and data analysis skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Self-motivated and reliable. Desirable Experience Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledge of 5 S and health and safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
