We are currently working with an International Asset Management firm who are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities of this Talent Acquisition Specialist Job:Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening of CVs, interviewing and negotiating offers.
Manage relationships with third parties such as recruiters, and executive search providers.Directly source candidates across multiple channels to ensure a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and collaboratively design and execute effective sourcing strategies.
Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
