Operations focused placement with possibility to rotate and receive different roles and responsibilities during the year based on skills, knowledge and professional development. Opportunities are available in the Kitchen, Front Office and Sales & Marketing Departments.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and weekly planning of kitchen and front-of-house areas.
* Learn front desk and reservations procedures, ensuring excellent guest service.
* Progress through culinary training from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.
* Support Sales, Marketing, HR or Finance functions during the final period of the programme.
Qualifications
* English language proficiency.
* Interest and basic understanding of hospitality management.
