Oliver James are recruiting on behalf of an insurance company based in Dublin to recruit for a Senior Risk Manager. This is a very important role in a global insurance firm to support the development and implementation of the enterprise wide risk management framework across the business and their network. As the Senior Risk Manager, you will act as a business partner to support the business functions and integrate risk considerations into core processes. You will also enable the achievement of operational objectives and be pivotal in driving the evolution of the firms risk framework. Key Responsibilities; Ensure the risk management framework remains dynamic and in line with relevant trends and regulatory requirements. KRI monitoring system and performance dashboards. Lead the annual ORSA process and the production of the annual report, collaborating with other business functions to do so. Partner with the senior leadership and stakeholders to support the continued enhancement and embedding of a risk culture. Key Skills Required; Strong knowledge of the ERM frameworks, internal control and risk appetite governance. Experience with ORSA processes is also highly desirable.
