Main Responsibilities:
* Provide authoritative guidance on environmental health matters to the organization.
* Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
* Manage day-to-day EHS inquiries and offer support to business areas.
* Collaborate with teams to drive EHS improvements, delivering tangible outcomes.
* Evaluate EHS systems, programs, and procedures for compliance and enhancement through regular inspections and reviews.
* Promote sustainability goals through site initiatives and contribute to achieving them.
* Maintain accurate documentation for all activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Environment, or Health & Safety related technical discipline.
* A minimum of five years of experience in responsibilities involving safety and/or environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, focus on key objectives, and analyze details to facilitate problem resolution and project success.
* Familiarity with EHS regulations and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence both horizontally and vertically, and work independently.
