Site Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and take on a key leadership role in managing on-site operations.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, design requirements, and safety protocols.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and direct labour to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
* Monitor progress, quality, and site records, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
2. Collaborate with the design and project teams to resolve issues and implement changes as required.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and inspectors to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Oversee logistics, site setup, materials, and resource planning to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
* Degree or trade background in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor.
* Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on large residential or commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
