6 Months, Specific Purpose Full-Time Post Position Summary This short-term Research Assistant position is to support research in the laboratory of Prof David Clarke ).
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to ongoing research into the molecular mechanisms of outer membrane assembly and maintenance in the important gut commensal, Bacteroides.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of a 2H1 degree in Microbiology/Molecular Biology or a related discipline.
In addition, due to the time limited nature of the position, appropriate experience in microbiology is essential.
