The role of the account manager will be to establish, own and manage an expanding portfolio of direct customers, focusing on driving revenue via account planning, product adoption, education and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires consultative sales skills, a focus on customer service, and thrive in a dynamic and data-driven, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This position is based in Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.

Account Manager, Mid-Market - DACH Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth
2. Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges by using data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
3. Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio
4. Analyse data to identify trends to enhance our customer support processes and improve team efficiency
5. Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend
6. Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks
7. Identify growth opportunities and trends in client verticals

1. Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience
2. Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
3. Ability effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
4. Articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation
5. Customer management experience
6. Team working skills in an international work environment with a passion for making an impact
7. Communication and presentation skills
8. Present key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta
9. Fluency in German and English
