Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Leader to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef and a proven track record of working with fish and meat to create varied menus.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you must have excellent communication skills, menu development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with front-of-house colleagues.
This is a full-time position with shifts rostered 5/7, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours. You will be expected to adhere to the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food storage, record-keeping, and day-to-day application.
