Link Personnel are seeking an Administrator to join a busy Estimating Department of a large Construction Firm based in East Cork. This team is responsible for producing detailed and timely estimates and tenders in line with procedures and client requirements to help secure new projects.
Salary: to €40k DOE
Benefits: Pension, Free Parking, Wellness Programme, Career Progression, early finish on a Friday.
Overall Package: up to €50k
The Role:
The Administrator will support the Estimating Team with a variety of tasks, including:
Registering and recording drawings and Bills of Quantities in line with established procedures.
Inputting all relevant project information accurately into systems.
Copying and distributing drawings and Bills of Quantities as required.
Issuing drawings and other key documents to subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
Following up with subcontractors and suppliers by phone or email to ensure quotations and information are received.
Carrying out additional administrative duties as required.
The Candidate:
1-2 years+ previous admin experience, ideally within a busy role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience working in a Construction company is a plus.
Strong organisational skills.
