Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator


In today's fast-paced business environment, ensuring smooth operations is crucial for success. As a Senior Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's operations.




Key Responsibilities:


* Provide administrative support to ensure accurate records of operational activities, including meeting documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Maintain and update a monitoring system to assess compliance with governance obligations in respect of safeguarding and the Governance Code for Sport.
* Organize and manage calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
* Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Facilitate effective communication between departments, team members, regional and national committees.
* Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
* Manage inquiries from key stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation.
* Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing presentations and reports.
* Support the planning and execution of projects.
* Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.




Required Skills and Qualifications:


* Relevant qualification and experience in a senior administration role.
* Ability to use scheduling and project management tools.
* Familiarity with the Governance Code for Sport would be an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
