We are currently seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a growing organisation on an initial three month contract.
Hybrid 1 day office based and 4 days work from home.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
You will be central to ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires, while also supporting broader HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new employees Administer probation processes, including tracking timelines, issuing documentation, and supporting line managers Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g. pension, health insurance, cycle to work schemes) Prepare contracts and employment documentation for new hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (electronic filing) Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures Support HR projects and initiatives as required Coordinate purchase orders and general administrative processes Organise inductions, training sessions, and internal HR events Recruitment Support Assist with job postings and advert management Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics Prepare interview packs and candidate documentation Support hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process About You You are a highly organised and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
You are confident managing multiple priorities and building strong working relationships across teams.
Skills & Experience Essential Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Administration role Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) Experience handling confidential information with discretion Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience within a not-for-profit or mission-driven organisation Why Apply?
