What You'll Own
This isn't a role for someone who wants to follow a script. You'll be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts — leading both B2C and B2B campaigns that excite consumers, engage retailers, and inspire the industry.
Digital Content & Social Media
* Craft bold, seasonal content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
* Create reels, stories, and videos that reflect our adventurous spirit
* Monitor performance and adapt with agility
* Be the voice of donnelly fresh online — responsive, warm, and grounded
Agency & PR Partnerships
* Brief and manage creative and PR agencies
* Launch campaigns that celebrate our milestones and fresh finds
* Build genuine relationships with food journalists and influencers
Advertising & Media
* Plan and run paid campaigns across digital, print, and radio
* Own media buying and budget decisions
* Report on ROI with clarity and insight
Events & Experiences
* Bring our brand to life through tastings, pop-ups, and trade shows
* Handle logistics, branding, and on-the-ground presence
* Represent donnelly fresh with confidence and authenticity
Packaging & Product Storytelling
* Collaborate on packaging that's both beautiful and sustainable
* Use consumer feedback to refine and evolve
* Ensure every product tells a story that's inspiring and grounded
Retailer & Distributor Engagement
* Create compelling pitch materials and launch campaigns
* Support sales with tailored marketing strategies
* Help new partners enter the Irish market with impact
Who We're Looking For
You're not just a marketer — you're a storyteller, a strategist, and a doer. You're ready to lead, learn, and leave your mark.
Must-Haves
* 2–3 years in a Brand or Marketing Assistant role (FMCG or food preferred)
* Strong grasp of B2C and B2B marketing
* Confident communicator — visually and verbally
* Hands-on experience with social media and digital campaigns
* Passion for fresh food, sustainability, and consumer trends
* Organised, proactive, and commercially savvy
* Own Car with Full clean driver's licence
Bonus Points
* Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp
* Experience with packaging or food retail
* Knowledge of Irish and Northern Irish retail and foodservice landscapes
