Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly technical support to customers, including device installations and troubleshooting assistance.
- Coordinate on-site installations for clients.
- Share your technical expertise with colleagues within the pre-sales team.
- Offer assistance to colleagues facing technical challenges.
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
- A solid understanding of networks and network infrastructure principles.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with strong technical abilities, particularly with MS Office programs.
- Relevant certifications, such as Comp-TIA Network+ or CCNA, would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment while prioritising tasks.
