As part of our on-going growth, we are now looking to expand our team and have an immediate exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Site Engineer for our upcoming Industrial and Civil building project in Co. Limerick.

Position Overview:
* The relaying of information to personnel onsite
* Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are followed
* Setting out of project works and undertaking of surveys
* Check drawings and quantities to help with material orders
* Efficient planning of work to ensure that site operations meet the agreed deadlines through lookaheads and weekly meetings
* Communicate and monitor effectively with the direct workforce and sub-contractors who are engaged in the project as necessary
* Daily record keeping of site operations and submit weekly to our QS on the project to monitor cost and changes
* Ensure that quality records are kept in order to meet project requirements
* Resolving of any technical issues that may arise with your Contracts Manager and client
* Additional ad hoc duties
Requirements:
* Third level Construction/Engineering degree or equal experience/qualification
* Proven experience in an Engineering role within the construction industry or related field.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex construction projects.
* Proficiency in project management software and setting out equipment
* Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to build and manage diverse project teams.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specification
* Experience using AutoCAD software
* Setting out experience using GPS/Total Station
* Legal right to work in Ireland is essential
