Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality setting. Strong leadership qualities with a high level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Hands-on experience using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and market analysis tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and building strong client relationships.
