We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable and payable functions, cash flow planning, credit control and budget preparation. They will also be responsible for ensuring financial aspects of all jobs are completed promptly in accordance with sales and purchase quotations, as well as supporting the CFO in preparation for and participation of annual financial audit.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts receivable and payable functions
* Cash flow planning
* Credit control
* Assisting with budget preparation
* Ensure financial aspects of all jobs are completed promptly in accordance with sales and purchase quotations
* Support CFO in preparation for and participation of annual financial audit
* Online banking transactions – including balance and payment reports
* Bank reconciliations
* Cover Payroll when required
* VAT & P30 submissions
* CSO Reports
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years working experience within industry
* Experience of working in a retail environment
* Good communications skills
