Responsibilities Lead daily demolition operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution.
Coordinate internal demolition, saw-cutting, roll-off operations, sequencing, and material handling.
Manage crew scheduling, labour allocation, and clear communication on-site.
Oversee equipment, tools, rentals, and truck logistics to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
Uphold a strong safety culture and supervise all personnel.
Work closely with clients, PMs, superintendents, general contractors, and crews.
Complete daily records, pre-task planning, and communicate changes proactively.
Delegate tasks effectively while remaining hands-on when required.
Train, mentor, and support workers to maintain high standards.
Operate small machinery and ensure safe use and maintenance of all equipment.
Perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Attend all required training, certifications, and site badging.
