Job Title: Block Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Professional to oversee the administration of residential developments, including credit control and management of client inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Operations Teams for work required on each development, tendering processes, and audit accounts.
* Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management, attend AGMs, and conduct site visits as prescribed by Service Level Agreements.
* Coordinate activities, schedule work assignments, and direct support staff to ensure high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
* Represent the organization at meetings with developers and review goals and objectives to resolve problems and make recommendations.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognized organization within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
