Construction Law Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Law Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will work three days in our office space and two days remotely.
The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating contract documents, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the construction industry.
1. Provide ongoing legal advice and support to our companies.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate construction contract documentation, including main contracts, subcontracts, bonds, warranties, novation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
3. Advise on and support claims management and/or disputes, including adjudication and arbitration/litigation.
4. Manage external legal advisors across various jurisdictions.
5. Provide training and guidance to our business and project teams.
6. Assist with miscellaneous commercial and corporate law issues, such as mergers and acquisitions, data protection, compliance, IT agreements, and employment law.
7. Contribute to company policy development on key issues, such as GDPR and artificial intelligence.
