You'll manage subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, budget control, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring delivery of projects on time and within budget. You'll also prepare and assess tender documents and maintain close communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager and be involved in projects across Ireland.
