This on-site position, based in Cork, includes managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong focus on managing resources, compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.QualificationsProven experience in project management, team leadership, and operations management within glazing or similar industries.Knowledge of glazing systems, curtain wall systems, point-fixed systems, and cladding.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements in the construction or glazing industry.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.Proficiency in using project management tools or scheduling software is an advantage.A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but relevant experience will also be considered.
