Lead HR Professional
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Human Resources leader to spearhead our company's HR Function. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to drive HR Initiatives, shape our company culture, and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the HR Department, ensuring seamless execution and proactive approach to all HR Functions.
* Manage the full Recruitment Cycle, including advertising, interviewing, and selection.
* Develop and maintain our Employer Brand within the industry and local community, to attract and retain top talent.
* Ensure a smooth Onboarding Process for new team members, guaranteeing a positive experience.
* Provide guidance and support to Heads of Departments on recruitment, coaching, development, performance management, and succession planning.
* Maintain regular and open communication with Heads of Departments and the wider team.
* Address employee queries promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date Employee Records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
* Drive Coaching and Development to support career progression and skills enhancement.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions to meet legal requirements and business needs.
* Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) throughout our team.
* Work closely with Heads of Departments to identify talent and implement personalized career plans.
* Advise and support Heads of Departments through the disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Lead initiatives to enhance our positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
* Implement and drive Health and Wellness Initiatives in line with our company's values.
* Monitor and manage Employee Absenteeism and implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
* Oversee the Offboarding Process, ensuring exit interviews are conducted to gather valuable feedback.
