We're looking for a
driven Sales Development Manager
to join a growing team. This
new role
is focused on developing business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with trade customers across
Limerick and Tipperary
, with a base in
North Cork
.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, contractors, and developers.
* Grow and manage customer accounts to maximise revenue and loyalty.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to hit ambitious growth targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, stock, and delivery coordination.
* Start or finish each day at the North Cork base, attending weekly management meetings.
Requirements
* Proven sales or business development experience in building materials, construction, or trade sectors.
* Commercially aware, target-driven, and proactive.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Motivated by success and ready to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
