Clerical Officer - Omagh
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator office. This role requires excellent customer service and efficient administrative support within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Handle initial enquiries
Register new applications and maintain accurate records
Supportteam with administrative duties including data entry and filing
Take minutes at weekly team meetings
Assist with general office duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Provide occasional reception/counter cover during staff absences
Essential Criteria
GCSEs (or equivalent)
Basic IT proficiency
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Desirable Criteria
Previous administrative or customer service experience
